Daoyin 导引保健功 Dao Yin Yang Sheng Gong Association INTRODUCTION Part 1
导引 is a mind body exercise which guide the qi to obtain a healing effect.
Daoyin Yang Sheng Gong is the result of a long and deep research into ancient Daoyin techniques.
Daoyin is based on the Five Natures and Three Hearts
The founder Zhang GuangeDe travelled to France, Spain, Germany and Japan to teach
and promote Daoyin so that more people can learn and benefit. He received an award
for Advance in Sport Science and technology in 1992 from the chinese goverment for
his research and contributions.
There are more than 170 sets of movements or forms in Daoyin.
Some trainer called it 艺术.

BENEFITS: La-Jing is a Chinese exercise of stretching shrunken tendons.
Shrunken tendons can cause various illness such as leg pain,
knee pain,neck pain, waist or back pain and have difficulty
bending or kneeling.
