Slow Cooker Pork Bulgogi 불고기 삼겹살 easy cooking which you can adapt to other dishes. 梅 菜 扣 肉 after frying with shallot and garlic and add soya sauce etc you can dump into slow cooker and DRY cook it. No need to add water or sauce.

Fry one chopped onion, curry powder and 3 tbsp sambal belacan.
add chicken pieces and add 200 ml thick santan or 200 ml water.
This gives you thick creamy curry chicken.
If you want dry curry chicken just use less thick santan.
The chicken can be cooked in 25 minutes.
I like to add thick slices of potatoes.
