The British Tea Culture is Coffee and Scones served with Devonshire cream
and Jam and cold cucumber sandwiches.
The French Probably have their Cuppa Coffee served with Croissants
or baguette the Long French Loaf.
Americans I reckon prefer cookies and muffins or pancakes with their Cuppa tea of Coffee.
The Singaporean Cuppa is Roti Kaya (bread with egg jam) and Coffee.
The variations are French loaf with Kaya or soft bun with Kaya and butter.
The white bread also can be brown bread which are toasted over a charcoal fire.
I think we should create more excitement with our Cuppa. What can you add besides
ART, museum, some light songs . Some Cafes have small library.
Breadtalk and Toast Box is a 2 in One Concept which has proved to be very popular.
The Freshly Baked Bread Model is predominant now in all our food centers.

most delicious and unique desserts. Mathieu personally makes the
bread, desserts, pastries, galettes and quiches. The chalkboard

missed is the almond croissant with almond paste filling together with
nuts and bittersweet chocolate.
